Class Schedules
Our classes offer a very friendly environment from which
to learn. The first part of class is comprised of a proper
warm up session including some aerobic/muscular workout
and warm up drills.
Next, techniques are shown by the instructor in a very
detailed manner. Students are free to ask questions and
speak with the instructor if they need help with any aspect
of a drill. A few techniques and variations are shown,
after which students are free to begin sparring, all of
which remains under the supervision of the instructor.
Classes take place 6 times a week at the following times:
Sunday:
10:30 AM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM, 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 PM
Thursday: 6:00 PM
Friday: 11:00 AM

It is a good idea to show up atleast 15 minutes early
to warm up & stretch. Classes usually run for about
1.5 hours. |
