Class Schedules
Our classes offer a very friendly and encouraging environment.
The first part of class is comprised of a proper
warm up session including aerobic/muscular workouts
and warm up drills.
Next, techniques are shown by the instructor in a very
detailed manner. Students are free to ask questions and
speak with the instructor if they need help with any aspect
of the drill. A few techniques and variations are shown,
after which students are free to begin sparring, all of
which remains under the constant and vigilant supervision of
the instructor.
Classes take place 9 times a week at the following times:
It is a good idea to show up at least 15 minutes early
to warm up & stretch. Classes usually run for about
1.5 hours. |
